1. Return and Exchange Policy


All Sales Are Final.
We maintain a strict No Return and No Exchange policy. Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges for any reason. Please carefully review your cart, sizing, and product details before completing your purchase.

 

2. Handmade Product Disclaimer (Glass Bangles)


Our glass bangles are beautifully crafted by hand. Because they are handmade, please be aware of the following:

  • Color and Size Variations: The exact color, finish, and size of the bangles may slightly differ from the pictures shown on our website.

  • Unique Characteristics: Minor imperfections or slight irregularities are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects. They are what make your jewelry unique!

3. Damaged Items in Transit


We maintain a strict No Return and No Refund policy, including for items that arrive damaged.

However, there is no need to worry! Every package we ship is fully insured. If your glass bangles or jewelry get damaged while in transit, you can file a claim directly with USPS to be fully compensated for the damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Keep Everything: Do not throw away the broken items, the shipping box, or the packing materials.

  • Take Photos: Take clear pictures of the damaged jewelry, the inside of the box, and the outside of the box showing the shipping label.

  • File a Claim: Go to the USPS website and use your tracking number to submit an insurance claim directly with them.

4. Order Cancellations and Changes


Once an order is placed, our team begins processing it immediately. Therefore, we cannot cancel, change, or modify orders once they are submitted. Please double-check your shipping address and items before checking out.

5. Shipping and Delivery Liability

  • Address Errors: We ship to the exact address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS), Safiya Jewels is no longer responsible for it. We are not liable for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

6. Sizing

It is the customer's responsibility to know their correct size before ordering. Please refer to our sizing guides [Link to your sizing guide if you have one] before purchasing bangles or other sized jewelry to ensure the right fit.
